Recently, many Sony Xperia Z users were complaining about their phones dying out suddenly, without any particular reason. The huge cry was instantly heard by Sony, which had confirmed that the company is working on the fix.
And now the Japan-based brand has reportedly rolled out a firmware upgrade for the latest Xperia flagship device. The update is available over the air and is currently released in the Dutch region and is expected to reach other markets in the coming weeks.

The latest firmware update offers no change-log right now but it is widely speculated that the firmware update offers the fix for sudden death issue that has hit the Sony Xperia Z smartphones. The update packs mainly bug-fixes and there are no visible changes.
Xperia Z is Sony's first big-display smartphone, which was launched in the country earlier this month for Rs 38,990. The phone comes with 12.7-cm (5-inch) display, runs Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean and comes powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM. The phone sports 13 MP rear and 2 MP front-facing camera and Xperia Z is backed up by 2,330 mAh battery.
